Enquiries and Quotations

Any quotation shared by Grand Aura Events is based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may change if the scope, venue, date, timing, guest count or service requirements change.

Booking Confirmation

An event booking is confirmed only after written approval and advance payment as agreed between the client and Grand Aura Events.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing correct event details, venue permissions, guest requirements and timely approvals.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation, postponement or major changes may affect pricing, vendor payments and availability. Specific terms should be confirmed in the final agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Grand Aura Events will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally, but we are not liable for issues caused by weather, venue restrictions, government rules, force majeure or third-party delays.
